For Memorial Day weekend, we loaded up the car and headed to Lake Murray. Our friends invited us to spend the weekend to celebrate a birthday. It was so much fun to get away for the weekend and spend time together as a family. Yes...it did take us about a full day to pack all the things we "might" need for Olen Ray, but it was well worth it. Here are a few photos from the weekend.

| Making silly faces at mommy out on the dock one morning. Everyone else was still asleep, so I took this little cutie outside to enjoy the calm morning. He ended up falling asleep for a short morning nap before we headed back in to join everyone for breakfast. |

| Yeah! I love the water and the lake. Laying on the table for a quick diaper change after a ride on the boat. I was able to take cloth diapers for our trip and we made it through three days and two nights. |

| We stayed in a little room with a private bathroom above the garage. It was perfect for our little family of three. Olen Ray loved playtime on the bed and getting ready to go out to visit with friends on the lake. |

| If you know Steven, you know every trip is only complete with a little adventure. The second boat ride ended with a rain storm. Olen Ray and I were huddled under a blanket near the bow of the boat. When we got back Steven secured everything so we could get to the shelter. Daddy got soaked and snuggled with Olen Ray once inside. |

| Longest nap ever! He fell asleep on the car ride home and then slept while we unpacked the car. He was wiped out. |
