Still going and growing every day people. You know. It is what a baby does best. My week has been a little better with the new nursing schedule. We saw Denise with All The Best again this week. My weight is around 12 lbs 8 ounces. She said I am eating WAY TO MUCH. I just was not feeling well so the best thing I know to do to feel better is nurse so I can spend more time with mommy. It made mommy's milk supply go CRAZY. I really don't like it when mommy takes away my milk, but my tummy feels so much better, oh yeah! I am now eating every 2 hours consistently and it makes my little system work so much better. Yes it seems like we might be going backwards there, but mommy says it is okay if it makes me feel better. I am back to sleeping from 10 to 1 and 2 to 4 at night, with a long morning nap. I have even started to take some naps on my tummy in the crib, yeah! At the end of day I am pretty tired, so evenings are rough on me. Mommy is trying to help me sleep better during the day so I am not so tired at night. She knows my cues now. Squealing sounds mean I need to burp. Yawning means I need to get ready for a nap. Smacking lips and playing with my tongue means I need to suck. I also think milk should come every time I need to suck, so mommy is helping me learn some limits there. My little nose is still congested and it is a lot worse in the mornings. It is usually better by lunch because mommy keeps me upright so things can drain and then I am happy as a clown! I do still burp a lot after feeds so I am swallowing a lot of air. Sometimes it makes me reflux and spit up. Most of the time the spit up doesn't bother me, but if I am really stressed or cried some that day it does seem to hurt a little bit. I got a new paci and it is pretty cool. It is a little bigger than my soothie. Oh yeah, I will have to post some pictures about Easter morning. Now for the fun things I did this week :-) I started to take baths in my bathtub again with mommy in the hall bathroom. I should just go ahead and claim it really because it will be mine. Let's face it, my stuff is already all over the place. I LOVE to sit up in my tub as mommy pours water over my tummy. Mommy let me lay in the stroller some again so she could add some plants to the garden. We didn't get to go on many walks this week because mommy is trying to help me feel better. I have cried a little more this week, but not too much. I also laughed in the car seat on the way to see my friend Denise three times when mommy was singing to me. I love my mommy and daddy so much! I guess I didn't get in front of the camera much this week, so Easter pictures are what you get :-)
