Saturday was a fun day with time well spent with friends. I worked in the craft shop in the morning and Steven finished a few projects here and there. Another thunderstorm or two surfaced around 2:00 and some friends arrived at house (Chelsea, JB, Katie, and Shelby)....or maybe I should say some friends and "kids" (as in our kids) in soon after the storm subsided. We decided to all take a walk up to Emerald Pool. It is a cool place locals like to visit in the hot summer afternoons....a fun spot for swimming at times....just sharing some captures from the day below:

The girls made Steven a crown of leaves because he said he felt like a king in the hammock on our porch as I passed him cherries and a beer.

ooh, sounds like a great place! the water really is so green and emerald like. wow! lovin' all the pics and updates...everytime i look on here i want to come visit either you guys, my Grandma in Seattle or both!
