In July, we decided to take another trip to Washington for the wedding ceremony for Nick and Katie. We got to know Katie really well while living in Stehekin (she is awesome) and decided Nick is great too! The wedding was amazing as they decorated the family farm for the ceremony. It was quite a lot of traveling to get there, but well worth it. We headed to Stehekin for a few days after the wedding since we were already on the west coast...can anyone believe I forgot to take pictures while we there? Yes, it is true, but probably the only 3 day span in our life that I haven't picked up a camera. I guess it really was a vacation.

A few photos from the ceremony. My favorite is the one with matching umbrellas. It started raining pouring during the ceremony and everyone was soaked...but still smiling at the happy couple. I love the look of all the fun colors with different dresses on the bridesmaids and yes...everyone (everyone) had on boots for the ceremony.
And there were pony rides too...well rides when they could get Patches to stop eating grass for a few moments.
